Wash and clean rice. Then in a sauce pan add rice, water, salt and oil and cook up to done
Now chop onions and tomatoes
Clean and cut all the veggies
Heat oil and butter in a big kadai.
Add cumin and let it crackle
Then add chopped onion and saute up to golden
Then add ginger and garlic paste and saute up to raw smell goes
Then add tomatoes and all dry spices and cook up to oil separates
Now add all veggies and 1/2 glass of water and cover and cook up to all the veggies are cooked properly
Now add cooked rice and mix properly
Now its ready to serve
